Description: This webinar is designed for individuals (as well as professionals) who want to learn more about and change the psychological underpinnings of unhealthy eating behaviors and unhealthy living attitudes through the Rational-Emotive & Cognitive Behavioral approach.

A review of healthy lifestyles with an emphasis on healthy eating patterns, rational weight management, positive life attitudes and living will be presented to you. The ultimate goal of this webinar is to assist you in creating better lifestyles and healthy eating goals that are sensible and logical. Moreover, you will develop a deeper philosophical awareness, attitude shift and change, accept and enjoy your life, your body’s shape and size, establish and maintain healthy eating patterns, improve interpersonal relating and the quality of your life!

A wide range of issues that are associated with unhealthy eating and body size/image disturbances will be addressed, including, life issues, personality characteristics, thoughts/beliefs/attitudes, feelings, and behavioral and interpersonal patterns. You will learn what is keeping you (and others) from successfully maintaining healthy lifestyles, how to give up unhealthy attitudes and behaviors and live better and longer.

Cognitive, visualization, emotive, behavioral, interpersonal and motivational exercises will be presented and assist you towards living a happier, healthier and more enjoyable life!
